Fate

so.
we are in the market for a new house
we are registered with a realtor who is helping us find a place, and he sends me automatic updates to new places that he has listings for when they show up.

we decided(settled really) for a place that was in the area we wanted, close to family, good sized and in our budget. we then started taking the steps we need to complete the deal, talking to a mortgage broker, getting a pre approval, meting with the realtor to make an offer and sign papers and stuff.

heres the fun part.

a: realtor could not meet with us tonite, so we planned for the next day
b:mortgage broker could not get back to us until monday
c:i decide to check the most recent listing he sent

c is the neat thing... this house is PERFECT. fits our budget, bigger, better area, has everything the other house didn't and more.

so, now the hard part is going to tell the realtor that we changed our minds and want to go with this other house... oh well, we didn't drop any deposits or anything yet :) heres hoping financing comes through without a hitch!

well, its late, just wanted to share a bit of the fate that led us to this other house.
